Job Scopes:
Driver:
Ensure accurate and timely daily deliveries.
Verify all deliveries for correct items, quantity, and condition.
Submit proof of delivery (POD) upon completion of deliveries.
Refill vending machines at customer sites accurately.
Maintain cleanliness of storage and company vehicles.
Fill in for warehouse personnel when necessary.
Participate in regular stock-take and perform ad-hoc warehousing duties as needed.
Achieve world-class customer service standards.
Warehouse Assistant:
Receive, inspect, and organize incoming parts and supplies.
Store items systematically in the warehouse for easy accessibility.
Process requisitions and issue parts and supplies accurately.
Maintain records of orders, inventory levels, and locations.
Inspect and handle returned goods, notifying relevant departments.
Ensure stock areas are organized and compliant with safety standards.
Participate in regular stock-take and perform ad-hoc warehousing duties as required.
Logistics Tasks:
Coordinate with forwarders and suppliers to confirm delivery terms.
Provide invoices and packing lists to the forwarder for shipping documentation preparation.
Job Requirements:
Possess a valid class 4 driving license
Demonstrated good customer service skills
Responsible and self-disciplined
Ability to work effectively in a team
Forklift or scissor lift certificates preferred
Basic computer skills may be required
