Maintain cleanliness & organisation in the boutique with attention to details
Possess knowledge of health & safety in retail environment, including inventory movements, access & egress
Refer to daily communication & notice boards to keep up to date on business needs
Adhere to all procedures & systems
Accurately perform transactions & administrative duties on time
Ensure the boutique's offering is exceptional & in line with brand etiquette
Be an ultimate ambassador for the brand
Maintain impeccable standards of grooming & appearance, in line with brand guidelines
Welcome all clients with passion & exceptional service
Present the boutique as a world-class 5-star luxury destination
Passionately communicate the brand’s heritage & values
Develop a thorough knowledge of the brand, its product offerings, functions & storytelling
Understand the business, industry & customer service within a luxury destination
Be curious & client centric
Attend to guests & their needs
Discover clients’ interests & manage their expectations
Work with team members to provide the ultimate experience that’s in line with brand expectations
Support & facilitate private dining offerings
Extend hospitality to delight clients
Requirements
Similar experience from retail/hospitality/ tourism sector
Fluent English (additional languages are advantageous)
Robust service & storytelling skills
Smart & confident individual capable of learning & retaining information
Ability to improve commercial performance & opportunities for clienteling
Someone meticulous & well-groomed, with a sense of ownership & pride
Punctual & upbeat people-person with self-awareness & charisma
One who's flexible & goes the extra mile to execute tasks
