Deliver initial support for IT-related concerns.
Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical assistance.
Provide First Call Resolution (FCR) technical support via phone and email.
Receive and answer all users' IT service request calls.
Diagnose and resolve issues related to hardware and software.
Support the installation and upkeep of desktop systems.
Manage incoming emails.
Provide Live-Chat support.
Requirement :
Minimum Education: Nitec/Higher Nitec or Diploma
Minimum 1-year End-User Support Experience, Desktop or Technical Service Desk.
Customer Service Experience in tech call center environment.
Knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory Account Administration, MS Outlook, and mobile device support.
