44 hours 5 day work week
Required to work on weekend and public holidays
Split Shift per work day ( 10am - 3pm, 6pm - 10pm)
Job Responsibilities
Food Preparation
Prepare and cook dishes according to The Butcher’s Wife standards, focusing on gluten-free and Brazilian-inspired cuisine.
Station Management
Oversee a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring smooth operations and quality control.
Menu Execution
Collaborate with the Head Chef to execute menu items, maintain consistency, and innovate new dishes.
Quality Assurance
Ensure all food meets hygiene, safety, and presentation standards.
Inventory Control
Manage stock, monitor supplies, and minimize waste
Compliance
Adhere to all food safety regulations and kitchen protocols.
Job requirements
Proven experience in a supervisory role in the food and beverage industry.
Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.
Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
Familiarity with inventory and financial management.
