Central Kitchen – Kitchen Lead
Industry: F&B (Central Kitchen)
Remuneration: Up to $4200 (Depending on experience)
Working Hours: 5 days work week.
Location: Serangoon North (10 minutes bus from Hougang MRT)
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare cold and hot food as per SOPs.
Chop, cut, and prepare raw ingredients (vegetables and proteins).
Assemble, cook, and package food for delivery and catering.
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
Manage inventory levels and ordering supplies to avoid shortages.
Lead a small team, train staff, and ensure SOPs are followed.
Monitor product yield and ensure quality and efficiency.
Follow company policies and food safety regulations.
Job Requirements:
Min 2 years of relevant experience in Central Kitchen
Prior experience in food preparation (Knowledge in South Asian Cuisine is an added advantage)
Experience in leading small teams will be an added advantage
Min. Basic Food and Hygiene Cert (Level 3 Food Safety will be an added advantage)
