Job Scope:
Customer Assistance: Provide exceptional service by greeting customers, listening to their needs, and offering guidance or recommendations.
Product Knowledge: Learn store inventory to offer customers informed product advice, including features, benefits, and pricing.
Sales and Upselling: Drive sales by engaging customers, promoting offers, and suggesting higher-value or complementary products.
Cashier Duties: Accurately process payments, operate the cash register, and provide receipts.
Merchandising and Stocking: Ensure a well-organized, visually appealing sales floor by restocking and arranging displays.
Store Maintenance: Maintain store cleanliness and tidiness to enhance the shopping experience.
