Job Responsibilities:
Process monthly payroll, including overtime, allowances, unpaid leave, claims, and other employee payments.
Submit claims for NS make-up pay, maternity, and childcare leave.
Prepare letters to request repayment from employees who resigned and received overpayments.
Prepare monthly payroll reports, journals, accruals, and cost allocations for the Finance department.
Prepare and send electronic payslips to employees.
Handle tax clearance submissions, CPF monthly submissions, and annual income tax submissions.
Participate in HR/Payroll projects and support them.
Answer staff questions about payroll matters.
Job Requirements:
Preferably with experience managing a large volume of payroll.
Must be detail-oriented and careful.
Knowledge of Frontier e-HR System is a plus.
Diploma in Business, HR, or a related field.
At least 2 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced environment.
Good understanding of Employment Act, CPF, and IRAS statutory requirements.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (using Pivot tables and VLOOKUP).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
