Promote the use of digital/online services
Assist residents in applying for ComCare assistance through the SupportGoWhere portal.
Helping them to fill up an online application form;
Helping them to prepare and upload required documents onto the Portal;
Explaining the need for forms that require their signature and helping them to sign the forms digitally, where necessary.
Requirements:
Singaporeans
Diploma
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to teach digital skills
Some relevant experience
Passionate about the digitalisation of services and helping less tech-savvy residents
