Min Diploma with 1 year working experiences as Sales Coordinator or Administrative.

Brief scope of work:
Assist the sales team in the preparation of proposals, quotes, contracts, and sales reports.
Maintain and update sales documentation, including invoices, contracts, and client information.
Coordinate sales team meetings, and manage calendars, schedules, and client appointments.
Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, or in person, providing information about products and services.
Process sales orders and follow up on order status, ensuring timely delivery and accurate tracking.
Liaise between customers and the internal departments (logistics, finance, engineering, etc.) to ensure the efficient execution of orders.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team for product availability.
Support the preparation of marketing materials and product presentations.
