Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in a technical role, managing complex technical projects in Singapore (Government) or the APAC region.
- Strong knowledge of technical methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of motivating and guiding technical teams to success.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify issues and implement effective solutions.
- Proven technical expertise in [specify relevant technical areas, e.g., software development, IT infrastructure, engineering].
- Hands-on experience with technical tools and software used in the industry.
- Knowledge of local regulations, business practices, and market conditions in Singapore is highly desirable.
