Fashion Advisory (Sales)
Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective sales techniques
Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
Product Knowledge
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, including features, benefits, and trends
Educate customers on product care, fitting, and styling options
Stay informed about new arrivals, promotions, and store events
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
Maintain client records and follow up with personalized communications
Notify customers about new products, events, and promotions
Requirements

Proven experience in luxury fashion retail or a related field is a plus.
Strong passion for luxury fashion and a keen sense of style.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and high-end retail environment.
Sales-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Knowledge of fashion trends and luxury brands.
