Job Description:
As a QC Inspector, you will perform daily inspection tasks, conduct in-process and outgoing inspections, and compile inspection reports. You are responsible for ensuring adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and 5S standards, and you have the authority to issue Stop Machine and Stop Shipment orders when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform daily inspections as designated by the supervisor.
Conduct in-process inspections, report abnormalities, and raise Non-Conformance Material Reports (NCMR) when necessary.
Conduct outgoing inspections and out-of-box audits.
Compile and maintain quality inspection reports.
Ensure proper 5S standards in your work area.
Buy off products and stamp QC accept/reject as required.
Qualifications:
Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent with 5 credits.
Basic understanding and communication in simple English.
Key Experience, Skills, and Abilities:
Experience using inspection equipment such as Smartscope, CMM, Caliper, Micrometer, and Dial Indicator.
Basic computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel.
Experience working in a cleanroom environment.
Familiar with sampling and virtual inspections.
Prior QC experience is required.
Working Hours:
Training Shift: 8:15am - 5:45pm
Afternoon Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM | Saturday: 1:00 PM–7:00 PM
Night Shift: Monday–Friday, 11:00 PM–7:00 AM (Next Day)
