Review programmes to ensure relevance and effectiveness in meeting needs of all residents
Develop and oversee programme to ensure quality control and compliance procedures (eg. proper documentation and resident safety in line with SOP)

Manage engagement and performance of the programme team

Guide Therapy Assistants and volunteers in executing activity programmes

Procure consumables and supplies as required with proper monitoring of budget allocated
Work with multi-disciplinary team to create holistic programmes
Assume any other additional responsibilities as assigned
Maintain good communication and feedback with residents and sponsors
Requirements
Possess minimum Advance/Higher/Certificate in Community & Social Service (Senior Care Services) or 'O' Levels qualification
Competency in eldercare service with at least 2 years working experience in an eldercare institution
Able to perform administrative tasks and possess basic Microsoft Office literacy.
Passion and desire to work with different profiles of seniors
Able to plan, develop and implement programmes to meet the needs of seniors
Able to engage, befriend and motivate seniors through facilitation of activities or programmes
Able to prepare and conduct care programmes for seniors; e.g daily news chats/cooking therapy/art & craft/singing sessions/dancing, reminiscence therapy; etc.
