Make an Impact by:

Responsible for all underground implementation works, Common duct networks (CDN) projects, new commercial and housing development.

To support and resolve site issues related to underground infrastructure (pipe & manhole)
To manage materials issuance to contractor (ie; reservation, return & scrap)
To verify “As Built ” documentation and claim invoices inline with issued Service Order (SO) or Purchase Order (PO) to contractor
Attend compliant and site meeting with other public bodies, private housing developers, building management, etc, in connection with underground infrastructure.
Liaising with Local Authority on Permit and other related documentation
Liaising with Building Management / Landlord on site access
To coordinate contractors to execute all pipe/fiber works in the area under his/her care in accordance with all established operation procedures
To lead site survey, site meetings and coordinate the work perform by contractor
To ensure all safety aspects been followed and executed according to Local Authority guidelines by contractor
To take ownership and manage contractor on pipe/fiber related work
To conduct audit on underground infrastructure to check on the contractors’ quality of work
Take charge for the maintenance of underground infra; attend to emergency breakdowns during & after office hours
On standby mode and attend to site whenever being mobilized

Skills for Success:

Nitec in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, and related engineering disciplines
2 years of relevant working experience
Good knowledge in infrastructure work (ie; Underground / In[1]building infrastructure)
Hands on experience in project execution planning
Managed multiple vendors at same period of time
Reporting skill using Microsoft software (i.e; words, power point, excel, etc)
Able to manage contractors effectively and communicate with internal/external stakeholders.
Able to commit on standby task for restoration / emergency works
