Job Description & Requirements

KPR is a safety shoe manufacturer who takes great pride in producing the highest quality and portfolio of safety footwear to protect against various workplace hazards.

We are looking for an independent, team-oriented individual who is keen to join the KPR team!

Responsibilities

• Provide general support to customer - handle and resolve issues raised by customer

• Reply to email, telephone, or face to face inquiries (walk-in customer sales)

• Order stationery & warehouse equipment

• Coordinate with forwarder on incoming shipment

• Liaise with customer for the DO, PO, Invoices & Statement inquires.

• Providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.

• Keep records of customer interactions/databases, process customer accounts

• Other Adhoc duties as and when assigned

Key Requirements:

Enjoy meeting customers to introduce products to the customer (F2F at customers' site)
Candidates should preferrable possess a GCE 'N' / 'O' Levels certificate or any equivalent professional qualifications


Bilingual in English and Mandarin

No Experience is also welcome. Training Will be Provided
Good command of both written and spoken English
Self-discipline, initiative, responsible and independent
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Loves building relationships with customers
Salary $1,800.00-2,000.00
