Join the Human Resource Office in shaping the future of healthcare talent! As part of our Centre of Excellence (CoE), you'll play a vital role in driving learning and development strategies and managing key sponsorship programs for the healthcare cluster.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the L&D business partner for Corporate Office, planning and addressing training needs.
Oversee group-level sponsorships, including the Health Manpower Development Plan (HMDP) and MOH In-Service Scholarships.
Develop and monitor training plans, budgets, and dashboards while ensuring program effectiveness.
Partner with MOH, institutional representatives, and leadership to streamline applications, policies, and nomination processes for scholarships and training initiatives.
Coordinate funding claims to optimize MOH grants and prepare quarterly training outcome reports.
Support task forces and initiatives such as Nursing CoNE and L&D.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent.
At least 3 years of experience in Learning & Development or HR Development.
Strong project management, communication, and teamwork skills.
Healthcare knowledge is a plus.
