Basic: $2,500/mth
Working hours: 8am to 6pm (Mon - Fri)

Duties:
️ Welcome, assist and direct visitors
️ Ensure the building and relevant equipment / technology is in perfect
working order.
️ Maintain an information directory
️ Maintain positive relations with all guest enquiries online, in emails and
on teams
️ Make quick response to phone calls or emails in a professional manner
️ Compliance with service standards and delivery as detailed in the
contract.
️ Manage the meeting rooms booking system
️ Compliance with the Environmental, Health and Safety responsibilities
