Job Description
Put up advertisement in online portal / liaise with recruitment agencies
Liaise with hiring divisions and internal HR on interview dates
Call candidates to schedule interview sessions
Administer tests as part of the selection process
Follow up with candidates on any other matters
Tracking of candidates in excel
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Job Requirement
Min diploma in any discipline
Meticulous with details, good communication and interpersonal skills
Prior relevant experience in the job scope would be an advantage
Able to work in a fast pace and challenging environment
Able to start immediately or within short notice
Working Hours
Mondays – Fridays, 8.30am – 6pm (1hr lunch break)
Long term preferably. Based on activations.
Min 12 shift per month.
