Job Responsibilities:
Attend to all enquiries and render assistance to shoppers or tenants in a professional manner and provide quality service.
Handle gift, carpark and voucher redemptions
Provide Wrapping services
Provide directional assistance to shoppers.
Handle feedbacks and suggestions
Maintain and update database management daily
Administrating all written or verbal feedbacks from desk.
Other ad-hoc duties assigned
Job Requirements:
Min GCE "N" Level
At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service or service related field
Able to commit at least 3 days per week and rotating shifts
Additional Information:
3 months renewable contract
9 hours shift daily
Bi-weekly salary payout
Paid training provided
