Responsibilities:
Provide all administrative support for sales, including but not limited to preparation of price list, exhibition label, exhibition kit, artwork listings, invoice, agreements, etc,
Execute marketing campaigns regularly to drive sales,
Engage clients who are interested in the artworks and follow up on their queries,
Upkeep the cleanliness and tidiness of the Gallery,
Perform any additional work that is deemed appropriate for the running of the Gallery.
Requirements:
Diploma student or undergraduate student in arts management, business or administration related courses
Multilingual candidates preferred to liaise with associates and clients
Strong interest in modern and contemporary art
PC Literate: MS Office Applications, Adobe Photoshop
Customer orientated with good interpersonal and communication skills
Highly motivated and able to undertake pressure
Excellent written as well as verbal communication skills
Must be able to work on weekends and public holiday
