Roles & Responsibilities

Location: Jurong East/ Clementi (10 min bus from Clementi MRT)

Job Scope:

  • Handle day to day office and admin duties

  • Liaise with delivery drivers and sales team on stock reconciliation

  • Check on purchase orders and prepare stock for delivery

  • Track inventory, monitor customer demand and plan for delivery schedule

  • Provide customer service and support

  • Pick and pack customers' order

  • Simple graphic design

  • Any other adhoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Min. 'O' level/ NITEC/ Diploma in any field

  • Min. 1-2 years of relevant experience in sales and administrative support/cusotmer service

  • Positive attitude with customer service mindset

  • Good working knowledge in MS office

  • Preferably can start imediately/within a short notice

  • Experience in handling online E-commerce order, simple graphic design and social media support will be an advantage
