Answer payroll inquiries from countries under the portfolio and perform monthly payroll processing for the different countries covered
Support HR activities for other departments and external authorities
Understand Service Level Agreements and provide an escalation point for non-standard cases referred and resolve within agreed service levels
Provide expert advice and guidance as required by customers, colleagues, management
The Talent
At least 1 year work experience in payroll processing functions, preferably in a Shared Service/high volume of payroll processing environment
Experienced in payroll operations, good understanding of Service Level Agreements and ability to carry out tasks according to guidelines and policies
