Identify and gather potential leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
Engage with clients to understand their needs and present suitable training solutions.
Meet and exceed individual sales targets through strategic selling.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients for high satisfaction and retention.
Work with the marketing team on sales campaigns and follow up on generated leads.
Conduct market research to find new clients and business opportunities.
Analyze sales data to find areas for improvement and boost performance.
Maintain ethical standards in all sales activities and client interactions.
Prepare regular sales reports to track progress against targets and goals.
Job Descriptions
Minimum Diploma in any discipline
Passionate about training, certification, skill development, and lifelong learning.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to connect and engage effectively with clients.
Highly motivated, sales-focused, and strategically driven, with a proven history of meeting or exceeding quotas.
