Job Description
Customer Assistance:
Greet customers warmly upon arrival.
Attend to customers' immediate needs and guide them to the full-time staff when available to assist with more detailed inquiries or purchases.
Restocking Shelves:
Ensure that product shelves are consistently restocked with merchandise.
Monitor stock levels throughout the day and replenish items as needed to maintain a well-stocked and organized store.
Inventory Management:
Receive new stock deliveries and assist with the organization and storage of items in the backroom or storage areas.
Ensure products are stored properly until they are needed on the sales floor, following the company's stock rotation practices.
Maintain accurate stock records to assist in inventory control.
Ad-Hoc Tasks:
Handle waste disposal, such as removing empty cartons or packaging materials, to keep the store clean and orderly.
Open carton boxes and assist the full-time staff with receiving and unpacking new stock deliveries.
Assist with other simple tasks as assigned, ensuring smooth daily operations of the store
Job Requirement
Candidates who are eligible to work in Singapore are encouraged to apply
Comfortable to work in Changi Airport and retail shift hours, including weekends and public holiday with Morning/Mid/Night closing shift timings.
Able to commit minimally 3 months from Dec to Feb (cover Christmas, New Years and CNY*) with at least 3 shifts per week
Fluent in English
