Location: Changi North, Ang Mo Kio
️Job Scopes & Responsibilities:️
Maintain and repair production equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
Adhere to operational, quality, and safety protocols while handling equipment.
Inspect equipment hardware, sockets, and handler setups at the start of shifts.
Troubleshoot alarms for handlers (e.g., site jams, missing devices, overheating, etc.).
Record shift activities and report updates to Operation Supervisors.
Monitor equipment performance to maximum efficiency.
Coordinate with the preventive maintenance team for hardware replacements.
Perform setup tasks, including alignment, device changes, and offset adjustments.
Verify traveler data step-by-step for accuracy.
Follow on-the-job training (OJT) and task-specific guidelines.
Ensure housekeeping duties are completed at the end of shifts, ensure maintain quality and safety.
Operate other backend equipment/tools as required
Undertake any additional tasks assigned by managers or management.
️Requirements:
️Diploma in engineering or equivalent.
️1-2 years of related work experience in the Semiconductor industry preferred.
️Prior
hands-on experience in Test Production manufacturing
(i.e.
mechanical/electrical, troubleshooting) (Tester, Handler and Final
Test Backend Equipment/Tools)
️Experience in Cleanroom environment
️Strong command of written and spoken English for effective communication.
️Flexible to work rotating shifts (8 or 12 hours, covering day and night shifts).
️Singaporeans only.
