Social Media Management:

Monitor, analyze, and report on social media metrics, making data-driven adjustments to improve reach and engagement.

Content Development & Campaign Support:

Support marketing campaigns by creating marketing materials, including digital assets, graphics, and video content.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content with broader marketing objectives and promotions.

Assist in planning and executing seasonal and promotional campaigns to drive awareness, traffic, and conversions.

Market Research & Analysis:

Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.

Analyze and interpret data from campaigns, presenting actionable insights and performance summaries to optimize future strategies.

Administrative & Support Tasks:

Assist in budgeting, invoicing, and tracking KOL and social media marketing expenses.

Coordinate with external partners, agencies, and suppliers to facilitate project execution.

Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed, helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
