Job Description
Oversee department sales and profitability, meeting budget and stretch targets through goal setting with team.
Manage inventory levels and stock holding to optimize sales and ensure product availability.
Plan and manage sales, with a focus on promotional items.
Develop weekly rosters and SPLH to optimize team deployment and control salary costs.
Train and develop team members via on-the-job training and special assignments.
Maintain high standards in displays, shelf ticketing, stock rotation, hygiene, and customer service.
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
Able to work 6 days a week with rotating shifts (including weekends and public holidays)
Comfortable standing for long hours and interacting with customers
Capable of lifting 10-15 kg
Relevant Retail/F&B experience is a plus
