  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  5. Click JavaScript.

Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 8.30am to 6pm
Salary: $2,600 - $4,000 (based on experience)


Job Scope:

Perform daily Account Payables (AP)/ Account Receivables (AR) operations
Perform month-end closing activities
Ensure compliance with policies and reporting (e.g. Audit, GST and management reports)
Collaborate with vendors/billing parties and internal teams for payment/billing and accounting matters
Support Finance-related projects for automation initiatives, continual process improvements and data analytics
Assist with ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.Requirements:

Min 1 year of experience in AP/AR is preferred
Proficient in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel
Singaporean only
