What You'll Do:
As an ECO Program Coordinator, you'll lead daily operations, mentor youths, and develop innovative eco-products. This dynamic role combines creativity, leadership, and purpose.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and Inspire: Oversee daily operations at ECO@Metta, fostering a supportive and inclusive environment for youth trainees.
Empower Youths: Mentor and coach individuals with intellectual disabilities or autism, helping them develop vocational skills and confidence for a fulfilling career.
Drive Innovation: Collaborate on eco-friendly product development and manage retail and marketing activities, including e-commerce and social media campaigns.
Build Connections: Organize CSR events, engage with the community, and identify new business opportunities to promote ECO@Metta’s mission.
Ensure Excellence: Maintain quality standards, manage inventory, and handle administrative tasks with precision.
Support Sustainability Events: Play an active role in fundraising and other Metta initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
Passion for working with youths with special needs, particularly those with intellectual disabilities or autism.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities with ease.
Creativity and experience in product development, retail, or digital marketing are a plus.
Excellent communication skills to build relationships and inspire others.
A proactive mindset with a commitment to sustainability and social impact.
