Summary of the role:
Prepress artwork and layout, printing with finished deliverables
Main Activities & Responsibilities:
Lay out jobs for printing using various graphics software applications, with a focus on Adobe Illustrator (AI) for technical layout work.
Validate all data to ensure it meets the proper production requirements, followed by creating proofs and producing artwork samples using label materials, and finally sending the samples to the customer for approval.
Prepare digital files for print production, optimize layouts, adjust colour profiles, and resolve technical issues to ensure high-quality printed materials.
Collaborate with the customer and operations team to facilitate a smooth transition from digital design to the final print product.
Performed final checks to ensure text and images are flawless before printing.
Solve problems and manage colour to deliver a high-quality finished product.
Operate digital label printing and finishing machines.
Performa basic troubleshooting and maintenance tasks, such as clearing jams, changing rollers, replacing toner, and cleaning equipment
Work in an office print room
Required:
Proficient knowledge in Adobe Illustrator and Microsoft Office applications.
Possess verbal and written communication skills.
Pleasant disposition, strong customer service-oriented mindset, and positive working attitude
Meticulous and organized person.
