Your role will include:
Key Responsibilities
-Welcoming Guests
Greet customers warmly and assist them with seating arrangements.
Provide menu recommendations and guide guests in selecting their ideal Udon dishes.
-Order Management
Accurately take and input orders into the system.
Communicate special requests or dietary needs to the kitchen team.
-Customer Service
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and care.
-Cleanliness & Organization
Ensure the dining area remains tidy and welcoming.
Follow hygiene and safety standards consistently.
-Promotions & Upselling
Share ongoing promotions and recommend add-ons to enhance customer orders.
Promote loyalty programs or special events when applicable.
