CUSTOMER SERVICE CHECK-IN AGENT (CHANGI AIRPORT) – Contract
$2,200/month Gross before CPF deduction (Up to 2 years contract)
MUST COMMIT TO 1.5 MONTHS OF TRAINING
Job Description:
1. Handling Check In duties.
- Check and ensure that flight tickets and travel documents are valid for flight
- Weigh and tag passengers’ luggage.
- Processing and issuing of boarding pass.
- Assisting passengers at self-Check In kiosks and auto bag drop kiosks.
2. Departure/Arrival gate duties
- Ensure boarding pass information is accurate and passenger’s name on passport tally with boarding pass for departure flight
- Crowd control
- Assisting passengers with special needs
- Direct disembarking passengers to respective areas such as immigration and baggage collection belts
- Meet & Greet
- Coordinate with crew and other departments to ensure timely gate activities to meet on time departure of flight.
3. Other miscellaneous duties when assigned
Shift Schedule: 44hrs a week (5/6 ALTERNATE workday week Monday – Sunday)
Shift timings will range from 1000 - 2220. Fixed 9 hours shift (8 working hours, 1 hour break). Example:
1000 - 1900
1100 - 2000
1300 - 2200
Requirements:
- Presentable and well groomed (NO VISIBLE TATTOOS, only black/dark hair)
- Positive attitude with excellent customer service skills
- Good communication skills and command of English
- Possess basic computer skills
- MUST BE ABLE TO ATTEND INTERVIEW ON 25 NOV, COMMENCE ON 27 NOV
