Job Responsibilities
Facilitate communication and coordination between customers, team members, and supervisors.
Review and ensure the accuracy of inspection reports completed by the QC team.
Manage and distribute all company quality documents.
Assist the manager in verifying QC team reports for accuracy.
Update training and qualification records for QC staff as required.
Adjust work instructions to reflect process changes or customer needs.
Handle any additional tasks assigned by management.
Requirements
At least 1 year of relevant experience in quality assurance/quality control inspections.
