  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Bombardier Aerospace Services Singapore (BASS) is looking for curious and motivated interns for the internship programme. Interns will learn directly from industry experts and will take on interesting challenges and concrete projects. These team players will have opportunities to develop their skills, increase their insights and broaden their professional network.

This internship position is based out in Seletar Aerospace Park, you will be part of the Singapore MRO Service Centre. You will be allocated according to your interest, field of studies and operational requirements. You should be able to commit for at least 06 months for the internship. Interns will be expected to commence in early Jan 2025.

Job scope

  • Gathering of data.
  • Data mapping; ensure data validation and reserves.
  • Collection / online validation of defect forms (utilizing Excel VBA Scripts)
  • Enhancement of existing software / program.
  • Assist IT department for implementation of Office 365 applications to all operations personnel.
  • Collection and analysis of data from SAP for defect rectification and labor hours.
  • Build database for operations use.
  • Assist in collation of data from SAP and other in-house platforms for Data centralization and usage for Project Managers.
  • Digitization of manual forms submission via Office 365 Applications.
  • Ad-hoc tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate with minimum working experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Proficient in framework design.
  • Knowledge of coding language(s) will be advantageous (eg; Python, C++ etc).
  • Working knowledge of VBA/Macro preferred.
  • To posses a positive and flexible work attitude.
