C+C&Co is looking for a highly motivated Videographer and Photographer Intern to join our dynamic, multidisciplinary creative agency.

This is primarily a production role as an assistant camera operator for photography and videography works. The candidate will also be expected to assist our design team as post-production support.

You will play a vital role in producing high-quality video content, photography and dynamic motion graphics, from shooting to creating engaging animations that enhance our brand’s storytelling.

The main responsibilities includes:

  • Brand Advocacy – Authentic, engaged and active on brand. Positively representing C+C&Co on a multitude of platforms wherever possible.

  • Operating camera equipment for photography and videography shoots and lighting the set.

  • Contributing to creative brainstorming sessions and concept development.

  • Assisting in creation of video storyboards, concept write-ups, scriptwriting and animation artworks (animatics).

  • Optimisation of video cuts through scene transitions, colour grading and audio enhancements.

  • Input of music, dialogue, graphics, transitions, sound and video effects.

  • Participate in managing and supervising the timeline for the projects.

  • Open-mindedness in learning new skills that contribute to the betterment of the team.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidates with previous internships in aforementioned fields are prefered

  • Portfolio showcasing strong conceptual thinking and technical abilities in operating camera equipment for photography and videography shoots and lighting the set.

  • Good understanding of production and post-production according to the brief’s challenges and market’s needs.

  • Have an affinity for visual storytelling, visual design, and graphics.

  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere and After Effects.

  • Knowledge in 3D and Audio is a plus (Blender, Cinema 4D, Audition, DAW).

  • An understanding and demonstration of user-centered design principles.

  • Able to develop simple and elegant design approaches to design problems.

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

  • Great visual eye and attention to details.
