Responsibilities:
  • Answering of customer calls, emails etc
  • Coordinate order processing, delivery and returns of customers’ orders
  • Monitor customers’ aging report and payments received
  • Key in customers orders
  • Liaise with operations team to ensure timely delivery
  • Provide support to sales & logistics team
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year experience in Admin / Customer Service roles
  • Able to multi-task
  • Team player
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • 5.5 work days
  • 4 to 6 months contract for Maternity Cover
