Job Description
Manage the reception area to ensure cleanliness and organization.
Greet, serve drinks and maintain a professional and inviting atmosphere for all guests.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
Handle all incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Liaise with Management office for maintenance and other office matters.
Manage office supplies and keep inventory of front desk supplies.
Assist with general administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
Previous experience in a similar role.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
