Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share and achieve revenue targets in new markets across Southeast Asia.
2. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to drive performance and exceed sales goals.
3. Establish strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners to drive business growth and maximize sales opportunities.
4. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product innovation and market expansion.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and operations to ensure alignment and execution of sales strategies.
6. Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, market trends, and competitive activities to senior management.
CHEE GEEN INTERIOR PTE. LTD. is engaged in the wholesale of furniture, home furnishings, and other household equipment. As a Sales Executive, will be instrumental in driving sales growth and expanding our market share. This role involves not only selling our products but also understanding the needs of our clients, developing strategic sales plans, and fostering long-term relationships with key stakeholders. This position will be at the forefront of our efforts to penetrate new markets, ensuring that our products reach a wider audience. The ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide valuable insights to senior management will be essential in achieving our business objectives.
