Key Responsibilities
Deliver an Integrated Customer Experience that matches the portfolio
Drives proactive customer support and issue resolution for a seamless customer experience in cross-functional teams and across products in scope
Actively and consistently engage with global account team on account plans and execution
Actively builds awareness and insights in customers’ supply chain plans and priorities
Participate in team engagements with exposure to customer stakeholders and Maersk CX
Be the primary point of contact for own customers and ensure smooth execution of end-end shipment lifecycle by working closely with customers
Ability to align with customer expectations upfront and to be able to respond with suggested solutions
Be fully responsible for customer satisfaction across Maersk product offering
Lead Digital adoption discussions with customers
Performance reviews with customers
Willingness to go extra mile towards the customers & with focus on providing solutions.
In general, actively seek out and act on continuous improvement opportunities both in relation to customers and internal/external stakeholders
Deliver on Growth and profitability plans
Up and Cross sell to all customers
Actively monitor and manage volume
We are looking for
Minimum 3-4 years of Customer Service experience
Knowledge of shipping, supply chain or logistics industry
Excellent stakeholder management/ interpersonal and communication skills
Energetic, well-organised and self initiated
Analytical and problem solving skills
Good Process understanding & digital proficiency
Ability to work under pressure keeping quality in focus
Strong Execution mindset
Positive attitude and willing to learn.
