We are looking for a Temporary Administrative Assistant to support the Board Secretariat team during a 6-month maternity cover. Reporting to the Head of Department (HOD) and supervised by the Senior Manager, you will assist with various administrative and secretarial duties under the Senior Manager's portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and provide administrative support for meetings and events.
Prepare meeting materials, coordinate document circulation, and maintain statutory records.
Take meeting minutes and draft minutes of meetings (preferred but not mandatory).
Assist in preparing and circulating Directors’ Resolutions in Writing and related documents for signatures and approvals.
File notices with relevant authorities, such as the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) and the Charities Portal.
Manage claims submission, vendor invoice processing, and related procurement activities.
Support CorpPass administration and maintenance, along with related tasks.
Provide logistics and general administrative support as needed.
Requirements:
A SAICSA Executive Diploma in Corporate Administration (EDCA) or a degree in a related field is preferred.
3–5 years of relevant experience in a public company or a corporate secretarial service provider.
Proficiency in basic corporate secretarial tasks with minimal supervision.
Strong attention to detail, team player attitude, and a keen eye for accuracy.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
Strong interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills.
