Responsibilities:
  • Recommend the “right” car for customers and maintain a long-term aftersales relationship
  • Locate sales opportunities
  • Introduce dealership
  • Attend to showroom walk-in customers, perform presentations and test drives with customers
  • Strive to exceed the monthly and yearly targets set
  • Find out customers; needs by interviewing them
  • Select, present, and demonstrate the recommended vehicle
  • Review and confirm the selection of vehicle
  • Negotiate with customers and close sales
  • Arrange and ensure smooth delivery of purchased vehicles to customers
  • Follow up with good aftersales service
  • Build strong rapport and maintain good relationships with customers
  • Upkeep the showroom cleanliness and perform regular housekeeping
Requirements:
  • Diploma / Degree in any discipline
  • Possess a valid Class 3 driving license
  • At least 2 years of retail sales experience Basic vehicle and product knowledge
  • Proven sales track record
  • Working experience in the automotive industry will be an added advantage
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Self-driven and disciplined in work
  • Customer-oriented
