Tasks & Responsibilities
• Provide daily Office Administration / Operation Support & Co-ordination to the relevant departments incl logistics and customers side.
• Invoicing, ordering etc.
• Handling of online/e-commerce platform - Amazon, Market Place and so on (menu update & ordering issues etc)
• Develop and carry out an efficient documentation, filing system, scanning and photocopying for both paper and electronic records.
• Answering phone calls and take down messages.
• Update inventory/pricings on accounting system and company internal inventory system.
• Update price list and get the latest price or product information from supplier.
• Visit retails outlets for sales follow up on ad-hoc basis.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
• Able to carry out any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management.
• Responsible for production labelling printing accuracy.
• Responsible for the alert on the low quantity of the inventory and label stock.
• Undertake ad-hoc duties assigned by Management Job Requirements.
