We are looking for a talented Interior Designer Drafter to join our design team, specializing in residential & commercial projects. This role involves collaborating with Sales interior designers to create detailed drawings . The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design and a strong ability to draft accurate technical drawings that bring residential concepts to life while ensuring functionality and compliance with local regulations.
Responsibilities
Drafting & Design Support: Collaborate with interior designers to convert design ideas into accurate, detailed technical drawings for residential & commercial projects.
Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed construction drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, or other drafting software.
Assist in producing 3D visualizations and renderings to support client presentations.
Space Planning & Layouts: Develop space planning concepts and layouts that optimize the flow, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of residential spaces.
Work with designers to ensure that layouts are practical and in line with client needs, whether for small apartments or larger landed properties.
Ensure that all designs comply with HDB guidelines, building regulations, and accessibility standards for residential propertie.
Requirements:
Higher Nitec / Diploma in Interior Design or ID Architecture.
Knowledge in 2D (AutoCAD/SketchUp Pro / KuJiaLe and Photoshop) is essential.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, InDesign and rendering software.
Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant experience as an Interior Designer, space planning from concept to implementation stage for residential to commercial.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, self-motivated, hardworking, willing to work independently and as a team.
