Are you a Sushi Chef &/or Fish Cutter with EXPERIENCE?
WE WANT YOU! YES, YOU!
Key Responsibilities: - From $2,630/ MTH
Differentiate, cut, plate, and store seasonal fish and shellfish, ensuring freshness and quality.
Perform sashimi cutting of various fish species, including salmon, tuna, amberjack, and yellowtail, to meet daily demand.
Decorate sashimi platters for presentation, enhancing the visual appeal of seafood offerings.
Conduct markdowns on products as necessary to manage inventory levels and maintain product freshness.
Assist with ordering, stock take, and quality assurance procedures to ensure inventory accuracy and product quality.
Cut and display fish products attractively to showcase freshness and quality to customers.
Monitor and maintain freshness and quality of food items, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
Assist customers in selection and cleaning of seafood products, providing knowledgeable and courteous service.
Ensure cleanliness of the work area according to safety procedures and maintain high food hygiene standards.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the Sushi Seafood department.
