Working Hours: 5.5 days per week
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee property management services as the main on-site person in charge, ensuring smooth operation.
Develop guidelines and advise clients on the best solutions for property and facilities management.
Handle incident response, manage the activation of appropriate teams, and ensure timely reporting.
Oversee maintenance and upgrades, including power shutdowns, equipment tests, and cyclical replacements.
Advise the client on contractor services, ensuring compliance with regulations and timely maintenance.
Prepare and monitor the annual operational and capital expenditure (OPX/CAPEX) budget.
Requirements:
Degree in Electrical Engineering / Mechanical & Air-conditioning Engineering or equivalent
At least 8 years of relevant experience in managing similar facilities and data centre facilities, with three (3) years managerial roles in similar project scale and competent to handle key building infrastructure systems, and FM200, VESDA, CRAU, BMS
Compulsory certification: bizSAFE Level 2, CERT training/ WSQ Respond to Fire & HazMat Emergency and WSQ Implement Incident Management Process.
