  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

The Opportunity:


Our Client, Government-Operated Management
Location: Changi
Basic Salary: Up to $3,800
Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 6pm


Job Responsibilities:

Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Attend project and site meetings, providing regular updates and reports.
Monitor project timelines and oversee the progress of consultants and contractors.
Ensure compliance by liaising with building management for necessary approvals.
Prepare and deliver presentations and project-related documentation.
Ad-hoc night work and on-site presence during construction phases.
Prepare contract documents and review materials.


Job Requirements:

Proficiency in AutoCAD is a plus!
Proven experience in project coordination or management
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to monitor timelines and manage multiple tasks effectively
Knowledge of building management processes and compliance
Willingness to work night shifts and visit construction sites as required
Experience with contract preparation and project documentation
