  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Title: Customer Service Assistant, Membership
Number of Headcount: 2 temps
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 8.30AM to 6.00PM
Lunch Break: 1 hour
Start Date and End Date: ASAP to 31 Dec 2024
Job Responsibilities:
• Support the counter and concierge duties
• Extract daily/weekly/monthly CRM Performance Reports.
• Handle all enquiries at counter (Membership enquiries, UTAP, Gift Claim and Hardship grant application etc)
• Assist in all frontline customer service transactions including membership sign up, submission of assistance programmes, card replacement etc.
• Other Ad hoc duties as assigned (e.g data entry, mailing of forms, inventory checking and disposal)
