We’re looking for Event Facilitators to join us for an exciting kids’ event at Marina Bay Sands this December to January, featuring bouncing castles and inflatable indoor playgrounds!
Commitment:
Minimum of 3 days per week.
Working hours: 9:30 AM to 8:30 PM.
Includes a 60-minute unpaid break.
Salary: $12/hour, with monthly salary payouts.
Your Role:
As an Event Facilitator, you will:
Job Scope:
Ensure the safety and enjoyment of children within designated play areas.
Manage crowd control and maintain order in the facility.
Provide proactive support and guidance to children and parents.
Be attentive to any safety concerns and respond promptly.
Create a warm, friendly, and welcoming environment for all guests.
Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the playground.
Support the day-to-day admission process, ensuring smooth entry for all guests.
Requirements:
High energy, a fun and cheerful personality, and a strong passion for delighting children and their families.
Strong team player, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
Enthusiastic, approachable, and love working with kids.
Strong communication and crowd management skills.
Proactive, safety-conscious, and responsible mindset.
Friendly, energetic, and patient personality.
Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, during December and January.
Prior experience in event facilitation or working with children is an advantage.
