Job Responsibilities
We're seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an SEO/CRO Intern. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a wide range of digital marketing and ecommerce disciplines, from search engine optimization to conversion rate optimization.
SEO:
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify relevant search terms for our target audience.
- Optimize website content, including meta titles and descriptions, to improve search engine rankings.
- Monitor and analyze website performance metrics, such as organic traffic, bounce rate, and conversion rates.
- Create engaging website content that is aligned with the brand’s tone of voice and publicizing that through our Content Management System (CMS)
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and best practices.
CRO:
- Conduct analysis to identify users’ pain points and areas for improvement.
- Design and implement A/B tests to optimize website elements such as landing pages, call-to-actions, and reservation processes.
- Analyze test results to identify winning variations and make data-driven recommendations.
- Optimize website usability and user experience to improve conversions.
- Collaborate with front-end developer to ensure CRO recommendations are implemented effectively.
Job Requirements
Education & Certification
- Must be from related academic disciplines in Marketing, Business, Information Systems Management, or other relevant fields
Experience
- Experience with Ahrefs, BrightEdge, Google Search Console, Google Analytics or other relevant digital marketing tools are a plus
Other Prerequisites
- Possess enthusiastic and positive attitude
- Excellent copywriting skills in English and ability to adapt to the right tone of voice suited for the brand
- Willingness to learn about SEO, content creation and website optimization
- Highly motivated self-learner and quick to pick up a wide variety of tools
- Possess strong analytical skills and keen eyes for details
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Internship period: January – June (6 months) / June – December (6 months)
