What will you do as a HR L&D Executive?

As a HR L&D Executive, you will be responsible for supporting, executing and delivering the learning and development programs and activities for the employees.

What do we expect from you as a HR L&D Executive ?

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in Learning and Development role or Project Management role
  • Diploma in Business, or a related field / Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment / Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
  • Good communication and project management skills
  • Ability to build rapport with stakeholders, employees and vendors

Your core responsibilities are:

  • Develop and implement technical skills framework for frontline employees
  • Work with line managers to Identify training and development needs and key skills required for each terminal at each level
  • Identify and create OJT checklist with skills and competencies identified
  • Create Mypulse blending learning course to track skills and competencies attainment
  • Identify and source for courses or external skills framework depending on the terminal needs and challenges
  • Review and management of Training Matrix in line with skills framework developed
  • Coordinate the training matrix review with Learning Leads
  • Develop training matrix for non-technical roles (Function by Function)
  • Develop people manager manager development program based on learning needs
  • Support the development of People Manager Elearning course
  • Liaise with vendor and coordinate the review and creation
  • Creation of course, program, audience and campaigns to automate training assignment when required
  • Maintain and update course, program, audience and campaigns to automate training assignment when required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $4,000.00 - $6,500.00 per month
